We ensure a high level of security in respect of particularly confidential data, such as during payment transactions or relative to your enquiries to us, through the use of SSL encryption. 2. Collection of personal data on our website

Cookies

We use cookies on our website. These small text files are stored on your PC by our server. They support the presentation of our website and help you to move around our website. Cookies include data on your IP address, your browser, your operating system and your internet connection. We do not link this information to your personal data and do not pass it on to any third party. Cookies are never used by us to introduce malware or spyware programmes to your computer. You may also use our website without the use of cookies, although it is possible that some displays and functions in our offer will work only in a limited manner. If you wish to deactivate cookies, you can do so via special settings in your browser. Please use its Help function to enable you to make the appropriate changes. You can manage online advertisement cookies via the following links: http://www.aboutads.info/choices for the USA http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choice... for Europe

Server Logfiles

Server Logfiles are anonymised data collected when you access our website. This information does not enable any conclusions to be drawn about you personally but is essential for technical reasons for the delivery and presentation of our content. They are also used by us for statistical purposes, and for continuous optimisation of our content. Typical logfiles are the date and time of access, the quantity of data, the browser used for access and its version, the operating system used, the domain name of the provider with whom you have a contract, the page from which you came to our offer (Referrer URL) and your IP address. Logfiles also make detailed examination possible if there is a suspicion of the unlawful use of our website.

SSL Encryption

Our website uses SSL encryption for the transfer of confidential information or personal content belonging to our users. This encryption is activated, for instance, when handling payment transactions, and for enquiries which you send us via our website. Please note that the SSL encryption is activated by the corresponding activities on your side. The use of encryption is easily recognised: the display in your browser line changes from “http://” to “https://”. Data encrypted by SSL cannot be read by third parties. Transfer your confidential information only if SSL encryption is activated, and in case of doubt please contact us.

Contact form

If you send us any enquiries via the Contact form, your details from the enquiry form, including the contact data you have given us on the form, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in case there are any follow-up questions. We do not pass these data on without your consent.

Processing of the data entered on the contact form is therefore undertaken exclusively on the basis of your consent (art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR). You may withdraw this consent at any time. A simple email notification is sufficient for this purpose. The lawfulness of data processing actions undertaken up to the time of withdrawal of consent remain unaffected by your withdrawal.

The data entered by you on the contact form remain with us until you ask us to erase them, you withdraw your consent for storage of the data, or the purpose for which the data are stored no longer applies (eg. after processing of your enquiry has been completed). Compulsory legal provisions – in particular storage periods – remain hereby unaffected.

Enquiry by email, telephone or fax

If you contact us by email, telephone or fax, your enquiry, including all personal data resulting from it (name, enquiry), will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request. We will not pass these data on without your consent.

These data are processed on the basis of art. 6 para. 1 letter b GDPR if your enquiry is connected with performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, processing is based on your consent (art. 6 para. 1 letter a GDPR) and/or on our legitimate interests (art. 6 para. 1 letter f GDPR), as we have a legitimate interest in the effective processing of enquiries addressed to us.

The data which you send us via contact enquiries remain with us until you ask us to erase them, you withdraw your consent for storage of the data or the purpose for which the data are stored no longer applies (e.g. after processing of your enquiry has been completed). Compulsory legal provisions – in particular storage periods – remain hereby unaffected.

3. Content and services provided by third-parties

Under certain circumstances, the offer on our website may also include content and services provided by third parties who supplement our offer. Such offers may include, for instance, maps provided by Google Maps, or third-party graphics. Calling up these services by a third party routinely requires transmission of your IP address. It is therefore possible for these service-providers to identify your user IP address and also to store it. We make great efforts to ensure that we only include third-party providers who use IP addresses solely for delivery of content. We do not, however, have any influence over which third-party provider may store the IP address. This storage may, for instance, be used for statistical purposes. If we become aware of storage processes carried out by third-party providers, we will alert our users to this fact immediately. In connection with this, please also note the special data protection declarations on individual third-party service-providers whose services we use on our website. They can also be found in this data protection declaration.

Google AdWords

With Google AdWords, we use an online advertising programme owned by Google Inc. on our website. This also implements conversion-tracking. Using this tool, Google AdWords places a cookie on your PC, if you come to our website via a Google advertisement. The cookie is no longer valid after 30 days. It is not used for personal tracking. As a user, if you visit our website and the cookie is still working, both we and Google can identify that you clicked on the corresponding advert and were forwarded to our site. A different cookie is assigned to every Google AdWords customer. Cookies are therefore not traceable via the websites of the AdWords customer. The data collected by conversion cookies is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers. In this way, we as customers find out the total number of users who have reacted to our advert and have then been forwarded to a website provided with a conversion tracking tag. We do not receive any information during this process with which we can identify you personally as a user. If you object to the tracking process, the cookie for Google conversion tracking can be deactivated via your internet browser. You may use the browser’s Help function for further information. You can find out further details about Google’s data protection provisions at http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/.

Use of Google Analytics

We use the web analysis service Google Analytics owned by Google Inc. on our website. This inserts cookies. These are text files which enable your user behaviour with reference to our website to be undertaken by storing them on your PC. The cookies generate information which is sent to a Google server. These servers are generally located in the USA, but follow European Economic Area agreements for use, and abbreviate your IP address before its transmission to the USA. Only in exceptional cases is the IP address abbreviated after it has been transmitted to the USA. Google analyses the information sent and in this context provides further services for us as website operators. The IP address identified is not combined with other Google services. By changing your browser settings, you can prevent the storage of cookies on your computer. However, this may be associated with restrictions in presentation and functions when you use our website. A browser plugin furthermore prevents the collection and use of the data produced by the cookies. You can download this using the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de Find out more on the data protection conditions of Google and Google Analytics at: http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/de.html or https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/.

Google Maps Plugin

On our website we use a plugin from the internet service-provider Google Maps. The operator of Google Maps is Google Inc., registered office in the USA, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043. When you use Google Maps on our website, information about the use of this website and your IP address are sent to a Google server in the USA and are also stored on this server. We have no knowledge of the precise content of the data transmitted, nor of their use by Google. In this context, the company denies combining the data with information from other Google services and the collection of personal data. Google may, however, forward the information to third parties. If you deactivate JavaScript in your browser, you prevent the execution of Google Maps. You cannot then use any map display on our website. By using our website, you declare that you agree to the collection and processing of information by Google Inc. as described. You can find out further details on the data protection provisions and conditions of use of Google Maps here: https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.

To exercise your rights, please in principle contact the data controller named above, as your rights can also be exercised there. You may, however, also contact the Data Protection Officer, in particular if your concern requires a higher degree of confidentiality:
